-Initiative-
we were only required to propose solutions for the problem given for the day, however, we went the extra mile and took initiative to research on specific examples that have been done before for our proposed solutions. Not only that, we were also able to further develop on the examples that we found.

-reading-
we were able to apply the information that we have read from research that have been done to our solutions

-planning & organizationing-
we were able to manage the time effectively which has kept us from exceeding the time given to come up with solutions to propose by the end of the day.

-teamwork; communication-
slides were done based on ideas contributed by every members of the group. All the members were able to also listen and consider each other’s ideas.

-respect-
we gave respect to every members of our team; not neglecting their differences, perspectives as well as opinions. Moreover, we were flexible as well as open-minded enough to welcome new ideas

-problem solving-
we managed to analyse and brainstorm ideas which has helped us in our decision-makings. This, in return, allow us to identify and prioritise the key factors of the problem for the day.
